Child Safety Policy

1. Who publishes this policy

Star Fir Technology Limited operates Doely and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name FORROVER. This policy applies to the Android app, account and profile areas, private messages, selected media, one-to-one calls, support channels, moderation, and the policy pages at moluo.app.

For child-safety questions, reports, or legal requests, the named contact is Alan Walker. The contact can coordinate review, enforcement, and escalation with the responsible teams; the title does not imply a separate statutory officer role.

2. Adults-only access

Doely is designed for adults aged 18 and over. Age declarations, account signals, region, reports, and proportionate verification may be used to apply this boundary. The age rule is not a promise that every user provides accurate information or that every minor can be prevented from attempting access.

We may restrict features, request appropriate evidence, suspend or close an account, and preserve limited safety information when an account appears to belong to someone under 18. We may also use device, account, and report signals to detect repeated attempts to evade the boundary.

3. CSAE and CSAM definitions

CSAE means conduct or content that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, solicits, or otherwise targets a child. CSAM means visual, written, audio, or other material that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Doely treats attempts, requests, links, and offers involving such material as serious safety violations even when no file is successfully sent.

A child includes a person under 18, subject to any broader protection required by the law that applies. Nothing in this policy narrows a legal definition or reporting duty.

4. Behaviors that are never permitted

• requesting, encouraging, producing, possessing, sharing, selling, or seeking CSAM;
• grooming, sexualized conversation, sextortion, sexual solicitation, or a sexualized call involving a minor;
• asking a child to move to another service, hide contact, meet offline, send a private image, or keep a secret;
• threatening, coercing, trafficking, bribing, blackmailing, or impersonating someone to gain access to a child;
• uploading or linking to content that sexualizes a child, even if the sender claims it is fictional, educational, or consensual; and
• helping another account evade age controls, a block, an investigation, or an enforcement action.

We also prohibit harassment, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, and threats against adult users because those behaviors can create or conceal child-safety risks.

5. Reporting and immediate protective steps

Use Doely’s in-app report function on the relevant profile, message, media item, or call context, and use block or call-end controls to stop further contact. Include the account name or link, what happened, approximate time, and any details that help us locate the material. Do not download, forward, repost, or email suspected CSAM.

Reports can also be sent to ticoncikjuriesbbj5lq@gmail.com with the subject “Doely child safety report.” This is an external email route; do not attach suspected CSAM. We may ask for account ownership or other details needed to process a report.

6. Review, removal, and enforcement

1. We triage reports for urgency and may restrict access, end a call, hide material, or block an account while a review is pending.
2. Authorized reviewers assess the available account, content, report, call-metadata, and security context. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the safety purpose.
3. Where appropriate, we remove or limit content, close accounts, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, and send a report to an authority or qualified safety organization.
4. We may provide an appeal or correction route when it is safe and operationally appropriate. An appeal does not restore content or access while a serious risk remains.

We do not promise an instant response, a specific enforcement outcome, or that every report will be handled by the same authority. We cooperate with lawful requests and applicable child-safety obligations in the jurisdictions where the service operates.

7. External reporting resources

When a report concerns suspected CSAM or exploitation, a user may also contact the relevant national authority. In the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline is an external official reporting website. It is not operated by Doely, and reporting routes differ by country. Doely does not claim that every report is sent to NCMEC or any single organization.

We may report to the authority or qualified safety organization required or permitted by applicable law, considering the location, urgency, evidence, and protection of the child and other people involved.

8. Privacy, evidence, and cooperation

Our Privacy Policy explains the account, content, call metadata, device, report, security, and retention information that may be processed in a safety investigation. We limit access, use safeguards designed for the risk, and retain records only as long as reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, legal duties, or cooperation with an authority.

Doely may disclose relevant information to law enforcement, child-protection agencies, qualified safety organizations, service providers, or courts when required by law or reasonably necessary to address a serious risk. We may delay notice to an affected person when notice could endanger a child, compromise an investigation, or be prohibited by law.
