Doely Legal Center

Information notice

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18th, 2026

In brief. Doely is an adults-only social communication service. We use account details, profiles, messages, call information, device signals, safety reports, and purchase records to provide the service, protect people, and meet legal obligations. Camera and microphone access is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it.

1. The organization responsible

Star Fir Technology Limited operates Doely and makes it available on Google Play under the developer name FORROVER. This notice covers the Doely Android application, the policy pages at moluo.app, support interactions, account administration, and trust-and-safety work. In this Policy, “Doely,” “we,” and “us” refer to that service and organization.

Where privacy law uses the term controller or similar term, Star Fir Technology Limited is the responsible organization for processing described here. A third-party service that you reach from Doely can have a separate privacy notice.

2. Adults-only access

Doely is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We may receive an age declaration, date-of-birth response, region, account history, or proportionate verification signal to apply that rule, investigate suspected underage use, and comply with platform requirements.

Someone under 18 must not register, appear in a profile, or use a call or messaging feature. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict access, ask for suitable evidence, close the account, preserve a limited safety record, and notify an appropriate authority where required. An age declaration is not a guarantee that every person supplies truthful information.

3. Information Doely receives

Account and profile information

Depending on the sign-in options enabled in the app, we may receive an account ID, email address or phone number, authentication and recovery details, display name, age declaration, language, region, profile photograph, biography, interests, preferences, and settings.

Content and communications

We process the text, photographs, videos, voice messages, profile material, support messages, reports, appeals, and other content you elect to send or store through a feature. When you send something to another person, that recipient can see it as part of the feature you selected.

A one-to-one audio or video call requires technical processing of the live media so the participants can connect. We may also handle participant IDs, call start and end, duration, connection events, quality measurements, and security diagnostics. A recipient may preserve a communication with tools outside Doely.

Device, activity, and safety information

We and service providers working for us may process IP address, device or app-instance identifiers, model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network type, approximate location inferred from IP, access time, screens and features used, crash records, diagnostics, fraud indicators, blocks, reports, and enforcement events.

Purchases and advertising signals

When advertising is enabled and lawful, the Android Advertising ID, limited device details, approximate location, and ad interactions may support contextual or personalized advertising, frequency controls, fraud prevention, and measurement. Available consent and opt-out choices vary by region and Android settings.

Google Play handles payment credentials for Google Play purchases. We do not receive a complete card number or Google account password. We may receive a product ID, order or transaction ID, date, price, currency, country, entitlement, refund status, and purchase status to deliver a paid feature.

Support and reports

A safety report, block, appeal, or support request can include what you submit and relevant account, content, call-metadata, device, network, and enforcement context. This allows investigation of scams, impersonation, harassment, non-consensual content, child sexual abuse and exploitation, and other violations.

4. Android permissions in context

Permissions are optional where Android allows and are requested when a relevant feature is selected. You can refuse or later revoke a permission in Android settings; the related feature may then be unavailable.

Permission or signalHow Doely uses it
CameraProvides video during a one-to-one call and captures profile or message media when you activate that function.
Microphone or record audioCarries voice in a call and records a voice message after you choose to record one.
Photos, videos, audio, or media pickerLets you select and attach media. Older Android releases may expose a legacy storage permission only where needed for that selection.
Notifications and vibrationShows call, message, security, support, policy, and purchase alerts according to device settings.
Internet, network, and Wi-Fi stateConnects sessions, delivers content, observes connectivity changes, and improves reliability.
Audio routing and wake lockRoutes sound and helps an active call continue while the device is in use.
Advertising IDSupports lawful advertising delivery, frequency limits, fraud controls, and measurement.

Doely does not use camera or microphone content to choose advertising. Those sensors are not intentionally activated unless you select a call, voice-message, or capture feature that requires them.

5. Why we process information

Depending on the place where you live, the legal basis may be performance of our agreement with you, consent, a legitimate interest in operating and protecting Doely, a legal obligation, or protection of vital interests. Withdrawal of consent changes future processing but does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws classify advertising disclosures as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where such a right exists, you can use available controls or contact us to exercise it.

7. International processing

Doely may serve people in different countries. Star Fir Technology Limited and its providers may process information outside the country where it was collected. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized transfer safeguards appropriate to the information and the risk.

8. Retention, security, and account deletion

We retain information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose collected, considering whether an account remains open, user expectations, safety, fraud, disputes, backups, and legal duties. Profile and account information normally remains while the account is active. Content and call-related records are kept as needed for the feature, safety work, and a user’s deletion choices.

Transaction, tax, accounting, refund, and chargeback records may remain for a legally required period, which can be up to seven years in some jurisdictions. Reports, enforcement, security, and child-safety records may remain while needed to prevent repeat abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Backup copies are removed or overwritten through controlled cycles. De-identified information may be retained when it no longer reasonably identifies a person.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, provider review, and incident-response practices designed to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security.

See the Doely Account Deletion page for the in-app and email request routes, verification, processing time, deletion scope, and limited retention exceptions. Suspension or deactivation is not the same as deletion.

9. Choices and privacy rights

You can edit available profile settings, revoke Android permissions, reset the Advertising ID through device settings, report or block another user, and request account deletion. Depending on local law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain portability, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures, or appeal a denied request.

We may verify identity and may limit a request where law permits, including to protect another person, preserve evidence, or maintain the service. You can contact a competent privacy authority where applicable.

10. Children and safety

Doely is not directed to children and does not permit anyone under 18 to hold or use an account. If we learn of underage use, we may restrict or close the account and remove associated information, subject to safety, reporting, evidence-preservation, and legal duties.

The Doely Child Safety Policy explains the rules against child sexual abuse and exploitation, reporting and blocking tools, review, enforcement, cooperation, and the named child-safety contact.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy when Doely, its providers, safety practices, or applicable law changes. The current version will show its effective date, and we will provide additional notice for material changes where required.
