Terms of Use

1. The parties and the service

Doely is operated by Star Fir Technology Limited and distributed on Google Play under the developer name FORROVER. The service includes the Android app, account and profile functions, private messaging, selected media, voice messages, one-to-one audio and video communication, support, moderation, and the policy pages at moluo.app. A feature is part of the service only when it is actually made available in your version of Doely.

“You” means the person using Doely or the authorized person acting for an organization. If you use Doely for someone else, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person.

2. Adult eligibility and truthful details

Doely is only for adults aged 18 or older. You must not create or use an account if you are under 18, are prohibited from using the service where you live, or have previously been removed for a serious safety violation unless we have authorized a return.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not impersonate another person, misstate your age, operate a deceptive account, or create accounts to evade an enforcement action. We may request proportionate information to confirm eligibility, ownership, or account security.

3. Account care

Keep your sign-in method, device, and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorized access. Contact support promptly if an account is compromised. Doely may send service, safety, transaction, and policy notices by in-app message or to the contact details associated with your account.

You may stop using the service at any time. The Account Deletion guide explains how to permanently request removal of an account and associated information.

4. What Doely lets you do

Subject to these Terms and the controls shown in the app, you may create a profile, discover other profiles, exchange text and selected media, send voice messages, and join one-to-one audio or video communication. You choose whether to turn on a camera or microphone. A call is a live connection feature, not a promise that another person will answer or remain available.

Doely may offer report, block, call-end, content-review, appeal, and safety tools. Their behavior can change as the service and applicable requirements change; we describe only controls that are available in your current version.

5. Cameras, microphones, and communications

When Android asks for camera or microphone access, the permission is used for the feature you selected. You must have the rights and consent needed to transmit any voice, image, or video you send. Do not record, copy, distribute, or publish another person’s private communication without the consent required by applicable law.

Doely does not promise that a call will be uninterrupted, private from the recipient, compatible with every device, or recoverable after a network failure. A recipient can use a separate device or software to preserve what they receive.

6. Your content and our limited license

You keep ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Star Fir Technology Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display to the audience you select, moderate, secure, and otherwise process that content only as needed to run, protect, and improve Doely, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. The license ends for ordinary service use when the relevant content is deleted, subject to backups, reports, disputes, and legal retention.

You promise that you have the permissions needed for your content, that it does not violate another person’s rights, and that its publication through Doely is lawful. We do not endorse user content and cannot guarantee that every profile or statement is accurate.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not use Doely to harm a person, evade the law, or interfere with the service. The following conduct is prohibited:

• sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualized contact with a minor, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to obtain it;
• threats, stalking, harassment, hate-based abuse, coercion, blackmail, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content;
• fraud, scams, impersonation, spam, malicious links, credential theft, money laundering, or deceptive commercial activity;
• unlawful pornography, violent extremist content, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content that infringes intellectual property;
• recording or sharing a call without legally required consent, doxxing, or exposing another user’s private information;
• scraping, probing, reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, distributing malware, or disrupting the service; and
• creating or using an account for anyone under 18 or helping another person evade the adults-only rule.

Do not ask another user for payment, gifts, or personal credentials as a condition of conversation. Never treat a profile, badge, recommendation, or chat as proof of identity, safety, affection, or an offline relationship.

8. Reports, review, and appeals

Use the in-app report and block controls for content or conduct that may breach these Terms. We may review relevant account, content, call-metadata, and device context; restrict visibility; end a call; remove content; limit functions; suspend; or terminate an account. We may preserve evidence and make a report to an authority or qualified safety organization where required or reasonably necessary.

Where an appeal route is shown in the app or in a notice, follow that route and provide the requested context. An appeal may be reviewed by a different process or person when reasonably available. We do not promise a particular review time or outcome.

9. Paid features and billing

Doely may offer digital credits, paid features, or other digital items through Google Play. The price, currency, item, and any recurring term are shown at checkout. Google Play processes the payment credentials and may apply its own terms, refund rules, tax treatment, and authentication requirements. We receive transaction or entitlement information needed to provide the purchase, not your complete card number.

Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, a digital item is for the account that purchased it, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside Doely. To stop a Google Play subscription, use the subscription controls in Google Play; uninstalling the app does not itself cancel billing. Refunds are handled under applicable Google Play rules and mandatory consumer law.

10. Privacy, third parties, and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy explains information practices, permissions, advertising, security, retention, and rights. The Child Safety Policy adds rules and reporting information for child safety.

Google Play, communication infrastructure, advertising, analytics, and other providers can have separate terms. Doely is not responsible for an independent service that you choose to use. Doely and its original software, design, marks, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Star Fir Technology Limited and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer that ownership.

11. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue a feature, including for maintenance, safety, legal, or security reasons. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate fraud, comply with law, or respond to risk. We may also close an account at your request through the deletion process.

Termination ends your permission to use the service. Provisions about content rights, payment obligations, privacy, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and records that must be retained continue as needed. Deleting or deactivating an account does not automatically reverse a completed transaction.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Doely is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, the identity or conduct of another user, the accuracy of user content, or that the service will meet every expectation. Doely is a communication tool, not a background-check, emergency-response, medical, financial, or relationship-guarantee service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Star Fir Technology Limited and FORROVER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

13. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms when the service, law, or safety practices change. The new effective date will appear on this page. Where required, we will give additional notice and request a new acceptance. If you continue to use Doely after an update takes effect, that use constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
